constitution
1 Name. The Club shall be called AC Hoylake Football Club (there in after called the Club)
2 Affiliation. The Club shall be affiliated to the Cheshire Football Association (Cheshire F.A. governing body)
3 Aims and Objectives.
3.1 The objectives of the club shall be to provide Football Coaching for boys and girls from under 6 to under 16 and for all abilities weather it be for recreation or competitive.
3.2 The aims and objectives of the Club should be consistent with the furthering of equal opportunities for all groups in Football.
4 Membership.
4.1The Club shall consist of the Committee, Managers and Members
4.2 The Committee shall consist of the following: Chairman - Paul Holmes, Secretary - Richard Magee,
Ast. Secretary - Paul Williams, Treasurer - Karen Williams,Members - Tim Collins,Tommy Cavanagh, Gordon Harrison, Sean Dalby, Alistair Edwards.
4.3 Membership of the Club shall be open, and not unreasonably restricted on the grounds of sex, race, or religious or other opinions, to any person in the area who is prepared to accept and support the objectives of the Club.
4.4 In accepting membership, a person agrees to abide by the constitution of the Club and the rulings of the Club Committee.
5 Meetings.
5.1 An A.G.M. shall be held once a year
5.2 Managers meetings on a monthly basis
5.3 Any other meetings with one month's notice
5.4 Emergency meetings with one week's notice
6 Accounts.
6.1 Accounts will be produced at the A.G.M
6.2 Accounts can be produced at any time with one month's notice
7 Child Protection.
7.1 The Club follow the guidelines provided by the Cheshire F.A.

8 Disciplinary Procedures.
8.1 First any grievances should come through your Manager
8.2 Second reported to Head Coach who can then refer to the committee
