Christmas Party

A big thanks to all those who attended our mini soccer parties, we do hope your kids had a great time. Both parties were very well attended and there were plenty of prizes won. A special mention also to those mums and dads who helped out with the raffle, food and clearing up afterwards for both parties. We couldn't do it without you. Thanks, Paul Williams, Chairman

FA Charter Standard
AC Hoylake awarded the FA Charter Standard

Charter Standard

After several years of hard work I am delighted to inform you all that through the hard work of the players, parents, coaches and committee AC Hoylake has now achieved FA Charter Standard status. To do this we have had to fulfil the below criteria.

  • A written constitution
  • FA CRB checked volunteers
  • All managers to have minimum of FA Level 1 Coaching Course
  • Commitment to attend in-service training
  • Acceptance and promotion of Codes of Conduct
  • Commitment to provide Mini-Soccer opportunities for Under 10s
This is a significant development in the history of the club and will allow us to further strengthen our club over the coming years, through partnerships and also potentially access to greater funding and or grants. It is still our desire to find a permanent home for the club where we can develope facilities that allow our players to enjoy their football as well as creating a social environment within the community.

I would like to thank Richard Magee who has taken the lead on this project which I am sure you will agree is a big step forward.

Kindest regards,

Paul Williams  Chairman
