The AC Hoylake 2019 Presentation Day is just days away - here's what's going on at this year's event, including age group's presentation times.

As another successful season comes to a close, another presentation day rolls around with it - the day is always a real highlight of the AC Hoylake calendar, giving everyone involved in the club, including players, parents and coaches, the chance to get together and celebrate the achievements of teams across all age groups.

What's happening, when and where?

Presentation Day is a little earlier than normal this year, and will take place on Saturday, June 1, but, as ever, it will take place at Hoylake Rugby Club, Carham Road, Hoylake, CH474FF.

It'll also start a little earlier this year, with doors opening at 9:30am, and presentations taking place between 10am and 2pm. As well as the presentations most teams attending have a slot of an hour to play some fun matches within their age group.

The full schedule is as below:

There'll be food and drink to buy on the day, as well as a bouncy castle, zorbs, face painting and hair spraying, football games, and much more to keep everyone entertained.

Entrance is £1 for everyone, adults and children, and all takings on the door will go to paying for the event and the large trophy bill.

We are after used boots to be donated as stocks in our boot exchange are running quite low , along with any old kits for our Kit Aid Collection.

The raffle this year is going to be a voucher raffle, we are fortunate to have been given some sets of charity shield tickets, this year it features Liverpool who face Man City.
We are after more vouchers to be donated, so If you run a shop or restaurant that type of thing would be perfect.

If spending the whole day bring your folding chairs and maybe a gazebo, don’t forget your camera! Lets hope we need the sun cream too !

There will be a highly qualified first aider on site all day.

If you can help out for any part of the day please message Paul Williams in advance on 0781 7684682, any help would be a massive help.

We're looking forward to seeing you all there to celebrate another brilliant season! And we hope you are as excited as we are!
