IMPORTANT - Player subs from September 1st 2023 onwards

Dear AC Hoylake Family

We hope you're having a fantastic summer and are as eager as we are to get back on the pitch.

Before we kick off another fun-filled season, we've got a bit of housekeeping to go through.

You may remember that we've managed to keep our subs fees steady since the 2018/19 season.

However, as much as we'd love to keep it that way forever, the costs of running our beloved club have gone up over the past few years.

Therefore, to keep providing the quality coaching, equipment and facilities your children love, we've had to make a few changes to our subs fees for the upcoming 2023/24 season (effective 1st September 2023):

• The monthly subs fee for each child will increase from £15.50 to £18
• For families with more than one child in the club, the subscription fee for each additional child has risen from £12 to £15
• For our littlest players in the Academy, their monthly subs fee will now be £12, up from £10
• If your child also plays on Sundays, we're now introducing an additional subscription fee of;

• If your child is only playing with AC Hoylake on a Sunday, the subscription will be £18
• If your child is playing for AC Hoylake on both Saturday and Sunday (so with 2 ACH teams), then we kindly ask that you pay an additional £7

When you're setting up your subs payments, here are the bank details you'll need:

For the payment reference, simply use your child's full name, like "Lionel Messi". Please don't include any extra info like the age group, team name or a parent's name. This will ensure payments are correctly assigned.

Where possible, if you have more than one child at the club, please set up a separate payment for each child.

We kindly request you to update your subscription payments to reflect these changes before the start of the upcoming season (effective 1st September). Your support and understanding are greatly appreciated.
